Kids meals are free with any adult meal purchase and includes kids favorites like mini pizza, fish & chips and good old chicken nuggets. There’s a great adults menu too so pop on down and enjoy it while you can!

There’s a great new website just been launched which helps parent’s get to the bottom of what foods are healthy for your kids!

Check out www.choicefoodforkids.com.au to get all the low down on which are the most healthy breads, breakfast cereals, drinks and snacks. One of the great things about it is the reports are all by independent dietitians and nutritionists so you can be assured that there is no bias or hidden sponsorship! The site also has a handy shopping guide and details about nutritional daily intake.

Sanitarium Weet-bix Kids gets a big thumbs up so I’ll know what I’ll be buying on the next trip to the supermarket.

The website is affiliated with www.choice.com.au which is also definately worth a visit. It has hundreds of independant tests and reports on everything from fridges to car insurance!

Well my little man turned 3 today and like most parents I’m wondering where the time went! He’s managed to drag his birthday out since his party on Saturday and is now exhausted… but not exhausted enough to enjoy all his lovely presents. He was a very spoilt boy and luckily had some great presents he can enjoy outdoors. Here’s some of the things he received (great idea’s for presents to be enjoyed outdoors!)
